Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately not, yet. For now we only ship to EU countries. If your shipping country is missing on the list at checkout, please contact us on: help@japanism.store

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping to most countries.

Germany: Free shipping above 150 EUR

Rest-EU: Free shipping on orders over 200 EUR

 

What carriers do you use?

Orders from Germany are dispatched with DHL.

Orders for Europe are dispatched with DHL and will be handed over to the national postal services on arrival at the shipping country.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes - we can easily modify your order, as long as it has not been dispatched. Simply send an email to help@japanism.store with your order number. 

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of all orders must be sent in writing to help@japanism.store without exceptions. Remember to include your order number.

Please be aware that it is only possible to cancel your order, as long as it has not been dispatched.

Returns

An item has broken in shipping, what do I do?

Please send an email with your order number (to be found in the order confirmation) along with a photo of the broken item, and we are happy to find a suitable solution.

How do I make a return?

You have the possibility to return your order within 30 days without reason. Just send us an email on help@japanism.store with your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return.

Your shipping costs both on the original order and the return will not be refunded by Japansim. Return parcels which have not been picked up at pick-up points will be handled as a return parcel - again the original shipping cost and the return cost will not be refunded by Japanism.

Please note that all products must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
